I can only see Process 'javaw' but unable to map anything at the moment.
Only the the view is available though I am not able to access the objects. Following screen shot contains an evidence.

What it looks like is that some of the required plugins/requirements aren't met. This should work, obviously.
Please check out https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/desktop/java/about.html and make sure that you have all requirements, plugins, etc.. If it still doesn't work, let us know and we'll go from there.
