Custom Reporting in TestComplete

I've raised this as an area that needs work in TestComplete, but until it gets put on the product road map, I understand we are limited to creating our own kind of framework.

In 2022, what is the easiest path to a good reporting system that is secure in terms of any required exchanges of data with external sources?

By good, I mean:

- easily customisable

- business user friendly output
