I need to move a license to a new PC.
When trying to follow the guide to detaching a nodelocked license. i get the following message:
You don't have a product that uses the HASP licensing system and that can be deactivated via this wizard.
I searched the support site, but did not find any clues to solve this.
Has anyone a hint for solving this ? :-)

some time it will happen becouse. you have install and activate TC on system. but without deactivation your system may get crash or format. In this case you have to get HAS key from your smartbear account (https://my.smartbear.com).

Get your Product key and HAS key from your smartbear account (https://my.smartbear.com) and send to smartbear support team by below link-

Hi Christian,
You need to follow the deactivation procedure on the computer where the license was activated. Perhaps, you are using a Floating User license, and it means that your license was activated on some server in your network. If you deactivated the license on the computer where TestComplete is installed, but the license was activated on another computer, you would get this exact error. Please check this.
