Can not read xlsx file with TC 11.11 ! getting External table is not in the expected format

Hello,

   we just upgraded to TC 11.11 and made an attempt to read the xlsx file, however getting an error that "External table is not in the expected format". I saw couple posting on the forum in regard to this issue that may related to office 2007, and TC 8 version, We  have MS Office 2010 and TC 11.11, why this issue still there?

 

What do we need to do to resolve this issue.

    we are using XL2010 and worked with TC 9 to TC 11.2 

    no problem detected with xlsx or xls files

    which instance it failed? for example is it DDT drive or COM object?

    more detail would help to help.
