Can not read xlsx file with TC 11.11 ! getting External table is not in the expected format

we are using XL2010 and worked with TC 9 to TC 11.2 

no problem detected with xlsx or xls files

which instance it failed? for example is it DDT drive or COM object?

more detail would help to help.
