Can i pause Test execution while running test through Test Execute ?

Can i pause Test execution while running test through Test Execute ?

Is there a way to pause the test during execution, through Test Execute ?

My test takes 7 hours to complete. Sometime i need to access the machine on which test is running, but as test is running i need to wait for it to complete. 

Currently i only see stop button, which will end the test. 

I know we can pause test if running it through test complete itself but my requirement is while running through test execute.
