Can i pause Test execution while running test through Test Execute ?

Can i pause Test execution while running test through Test Execute ?   Is there a way to pause the test during execution, through Test Execute ? My test takes 7 hours to complete. Sometime i need ...

TestExecute does not have the Pause option, but there's an existing feature request you can vote up.
