Activating TestComplete 12

I had Test Complete 10 with lisence manager installed on a virtual server machine. I execute Test Complete scripts on my local machine. But I used Test Exceute on server machine with License Manager.

Now I installed Test Complete 12. When i see my product details it shows Test Complete 12 license activated on my local machine instead of the same license manager server i  used for Test Complete10.

I am able to run scripts Test Complete 12 on my machine. I installed Test execute on server machine and trying to initiate Test execute it gives pop up saying license is not activated.

In product details it shows not activated for Test Execute.  I don't see any option where i can activate this. For Test complete, it shows it is activated on local instead of server machine. I want the server machine to act as License Manager instaed of my local machine.

Please suggest. Any of the staff can call me to assist with this. Kind of confused.
