TestComplete14.60 can't be started. It still stay in startup screen.

TestComplete14.60 can't be started. It still stay in startup screen.

I uninstall 14.40 without deactiving my license. And install 14.60.

It can be started during first starting. But this problem happened when I restarted it again.

It still stay in startup screen.

The log file have  already attached. Please check it.

Supplement:

This problem also happened on14.50 but it didn't on 14.40.

PC OS: Win10 pro x64 1903 build 18362.1016.

1)  Always make a backup copy of your whole project folder before you update so you won't get stuck like this.

 

2)  What did you do to solve the issue when it happened before?

 

3) Install issues are best solved by Support directly.  Here's their link

I just only uninstall and install again to solve it.

But this problem still happened in my PC.

Maybe I need to use the old version until the issue solved.

As soon as I  meet this problem , I reinstall it again.

So, I have not a good way to solve it.

Reference ID is the Customer ID(A64064) ?

Hi @ApplePen , sorry to hear that!  By reference ID I meant the number of the support ticket you opened with the Support team to solve this since I couldn't find it on my own. The Support Team would be able to investigate it deeper.
