Date not entered during playback

Hello,

I entered a new date during recording but when I playback the new date does not display.

Any idea how I could make it work withougt having to use LLP?

    We need more information from you:


    1. What kind of app are you testing (.NET, VCL, Web, etc.)?


    2. Can you post here the test recorded by TestComplete?


    3. What TestComplete version are you using?

    what kind of send keys are you using ?



    If you're using settext change it .keys 



    some of the date controls do not accept set text .



    I had this similar issue and changing settext to .keys has worked for me .

      Try to Select the "TODAY" date if it is a DATE control.

      By that your test can be re run anytime in the future also.
