Verifying slave machines running Windows 2008 Server

I'm trying to run a job on Windows 2008 Server but keep getting a failure with a 'Server not started' error.

I've tried all recommended steps but can't find a solution.

Does anyone know if I need to configure in such a way to get things running?

    Do you face the issue if you try troubleshooting it with help of the Message - Verification failed help topic using the latest TC version (8.50).
