I am creating review dashboard for our organization. Manager expect to see "Time in Review" for individual persons.
There is API to get participants for certain review.
Is there any API may get "Time in Review" for every participants?

If I understand correctly, you need to look at some time-tracking apps like Sloneek, Trello, or Jira and utilize their functions via their APIs.
