Code Collaborator plugin in Eclipse 3.6.2

Question

Using Eclipse 3.6.2 (The version that is part of Rational Team Concert 4.0 from IBM), I get the following error log when I try to open up a review in the action items view. Any assistance would be appreicated as to what to do, as this makes it very difficult to properly use the eclipse plugin.

Hi Lucas,Older versions of the Eclipse plugin can be found on our Archived installers site here:http://support.smartbear.com/downloads/codecollaborator/installers-oldversions/You're going to want the installers named ccollab_client_X_X_XXXX_update_site.zip where the X denotes the version numbers.

Same problem, eclipse 3.7.1, jre1.6.0_23, redhat. It's almost like the install failed to create a file. I also disabled the option to open the review in the eclipse editor, but still the same result. We just upgraded to ccollab7.2.7 and would like the new plugin functionality.

Hi,There is a known issue with trying to use any eclipse plugin version (except 7237), against server version 7237. Could this be the case you guys are running into?If not, can you send us a debug log so we can take a look?To create a debugging log, please go to Window &gt; Preferences &gt; Code Collaborator &gt; Capture Debugging Log. This will open a Debugging window. With that window still open, please reproduce the issue and press "Save Log."To get the configuration information, go to "Help" -&gt; "About ..." -&gt; "Installation Details" -&gt; "Configuration" tab.Select all of the text in the "Configuration Details" box and save it in a file.&nbsp;Then click "View Error log" and save that information in a file as well.&nbsp;Send those files to our support email (codecollab@smartbear.com) and we'll take a look.Thanks,Luis Luna
