Same problem, eclipse 3.7.1, jre1.6.0_23, redhat. It's almost like the install failed to create a file. I also disabled the option to open the review in the eclipse editor, but still the same result. We just upgraded to ccollab7.2.7 and would like the new plugin functionality.
