How to disconnect any device that is already connected.

I am trying to connect to BitBar device from TestComplete Run Remote Device window. When I tried to connect to a device from the list, then I am getting the following error message.

"Your BitBar account does not allow any more additional connections. Please disconnect any device that is already connected using this account and try again".  I couldn't find a menu path to verify if there is an already connected device and to disconnect. Where do I check this? Please guide me.

Hi @sreegee - if you click on the "Object Browser" tab on the right of your TestComplete workspace (or if its not there, View > Object Browser) - you should see any connected devices. Right-click and Disconnect there.

If you still get this message, log on to your BitBar dashboard and check for any running Projects.
