Android Device listed as Disconnected
Hi Support. Forum,
Has anyone seen Android testComplete disconnect on a Windows 7 64 Bit Desktop?.
We have 2 desktop PC's, with Version 11.31.2420 trial ware, on one PC(32Bit) the TC application is slow, we installed to a 64bit desktop the same version and are seeing random device Disconnected/unplugged errors.
The Device is listed on windows as a Storage device( USB debugging is Enabled and Stay Awake is ON). Am attaching screenshots regards the issue. Kindly let me know if this issue has been seen on other installations.

UPDATE: oops, the initial suggestion about preparing the app did not make much sense when the connections gets broken, sorry about that, deleted.
Apparently, this situation requires additional analysis by our technical experts. Please create a support case. Specify the mobile device model, which is causing the problem, and the version of Android installed on it. Thanks!
