Hi sreegee - if you click on the "Object Browser" tab on the right of your TestComplete workspace (or if its not there, View > Object Browser) - you should see any connected devices. Right-click and Disconnect there.
If you still get this message, log on to your BitBar dashboard and check for any running Projects.
