Creating Test Cycles, adding TCs to them via Upload?

Hello, couldn't seem to find support for Zephyr uploads beyond adding Zephyr test cases, where can I find upload schema to create Test Cycles and add tests into them?

Is that possible, or does this require something custom from the Zephyr Squad API?
