I've not encountered this before.  I would check that the mapping field values are  pre-populated as you expect them to be - sometimes they are blank, and perhaps that's what's happening here.  But I imagine that's not what's happening, and if that's the case, I suggest you contact SmartBear Support as it sounds like a bug to me.
