Users with privileges can't fill in "Assigned to" field

Hi,

we are having an issue with the Zephyr plugin in our Jira DC instance.

Zephyr version: 11.7.1-jira10

Jira version: 10.3.12

Users using Zephyr sometimes have a problem with the “Assigned to” field, a message appears saying "You need the project permission Assign tasks" and they cannot assign a task.

Users who have this problem have all the necessary permissions.

Sometimes changing browsers solves the problem, or the problem resolves itself after a while without our intervention.

Could you please provide us with information on how to create a suport ticket? We can't do it because we don't have an account. Chatbot says "I’m sorry, but I encountered an issue while trying to create the support case for you. It seems there was an unexpected error on our end during the proces."
