Working with mht test results log is extremely slow.



Hello,

The size of our mht test results log is 64000 K.

It opens fine on IE 10, but it is extremely slow when trying to open the Log Tree Nodes.

It's impossible to investigate the logs in such a way.

For good invesigation, we must save all errors' images and messages and also the test steps that were executed during the project run, therefore we can't leave them out.

Attached is a picture displaing the visual example of our test results log.

Please advise how to solve this acute problem.

    If you save your logs in HTML format it gets quicker, and any browser opens it.

    For instance, you can save it in both formats.

    Hello, thank you for your answer.

    TestExecute command line parameter /ExportLog doesn't support HTML format.

    Only MHT or tcLogX fomats. MHT log file is extremely low, tclogX format can be viewed only via TestComplete- that is not meet our working flow.
