Working with DLL

Question

Hi,My application is full of charts. TC identifies as wiformobject with class name Syste.Windows.Fom.Datavisualization.Charting.Chart. I tried to acess that through dll. &nbsp;I pass the&nbsp;object to the DLL and then process it to get the data as testcomplete is unable to access the object . But this object is identified as an object of class System.__ComObject. Please suggest me how to make the object to be identified as graph.&nbsp;Thanks,Deepak

Hi Deepak, &nbsp; You can try using native properties and methods of the chart control. To learn more about them, refer to the control's documentation. Also, read the "Accessing Native Properties and Methods of .NET Objects" article describing how to call them in TestComplete.

Dear Tanya,I tried this but as a novice user, unable to identify with which property, I can able to get the data from the dataset&nbsp;associated with the graph or chart.Thanks,Deepak
