Worddocs.tcx extension is not working.

I am getting the below error while using "WordDocs.tcx" extension.It is showing that the variable "Files" is not defined  in wcCode.js line 47 column 2.



I already sent this error message to the Smartbear support team, 3 times. But i didn't get any response from them.



I am attaching the error below

      Do you have a solution how this can be work?

       

      I am receiving same error message

      "The variable "Files" is not defined in wcCode.js line 47 column 2."
