Why Igloo plugin not work for CVS?

Hi,



Can someone please guide me as to what is the best plugin for CVS (preferably freeware)?



I tried  Igloo as given in documentation, but got the following error message:

Unable to open 'qaworkspace' project in source control. The SCC API provider reports: The project is unknown to the SCC plug-in and SCC_OPT_CREATEIFNEW flag was FALSE.

    Will truly appreciate if someone is able to help me with this. Our automation is making good progress and it would be really great if we got CVS integrated in TestComplete.
