I also need to copy all project.pdb file to the .exe directory. Otherwise testcomplet can only read part of the debug information for my open application.
What happened when you tried?
testexectue stuck at "couldn't find x object..."
It would help if you can post the actual error message or a screenshot of what happened.
the actual message is "waitting for x object". I tried to run my script on a different machine and it works fine. It looks like it may be the virtual machin cause the problem. Thanks for your reply. I will try to compare the two machines.
Still couldn't figure out why. Testexecute didn't show the "Reading debug informaiont" which means it start to read all the information for open application. screenshot attached.
Perhaps there's a permissions problem on the virtual machine. Can it read the project files properly?
