My gripe with TestExecute is the documentation package does not keep up with new releases. Just downloaded the latest rev (15.72.60.11) but the online documentation is still at 15.40 and not compatible. The only way to resolve this issue is to open a new case every time - very annoying!
It's most likely because there hasn't been any changes since, so no need to update the documentation.
It shouldn't be causing any issues?

I just updated to the latest release (15.79) and the help files get uninstalled and I cannot install TestExecute1540 documentation as it is not found during installation. Looks like the documentation has to be aligned with the release. Please provide a link to download. Thanks
Champion Level 3You can download a previous version of TestComplete (or TestExecute) via the URL https://downloads.smartbear.com/TestComplete1577SLM.exe - just change the version number (or name) to an appropriate value.
I did get/downloaded the installation packages for both TestComplete and TestExecute. I'm looking for the TestExecute Documentation package - something similar to TestExecute1540_Documentation.exe but this will not install as I have TestExecute 15.79 installed.
