It's difficult to help you troubleshoot the issue without seeing your test project and knowing where and how this particular DisableErrorReport function is implemented (as I've said before, it's not a TestComplete function, so it's something specific to your test project).
Could you please attach here your test project so that we could look into it and figure out what's happening? If you don't want to post it on a public forum, you can open a support ticket and send your project privately to our Support Team.
