VMWare Labmanager, fenced mode, Unable to find an activated license.

I'm trying to run testcomplete 8.10 on a virtual machine in VMWare's Labmanager.



When I run in unfenced mode, no problem. Everything runs normally.



When I run in fenced mode, I get a message saying  "Unable to find an activated license.".



This is "allow out" fencing mode, so the machine can get out to the other machines on the network. If I open a run dialog box and enter \\qaautolicense (the name of our licensing server) I'm able to access the machine, so it's not a problem of the machine being unable to connect with the licensing server.



We do a lot of testing in fence mode, so this is a big deal for us.

    Try to specify the License Manager PC name or IP address explicitly in the licensing service settings on your VM as it's described in the "Specifying License Manager for Connection" article. If this does not help, please send us screenshots of the following pages opened on the VM via our Contact Support form:
