Name Mapping Issue

We have one user who is having trouble with name mapping.  When he runs a Keyword Test recorded from another PC, no controls mapped from a different PC can be found.  When he records a control that was previously mapped, the control is mapped under a duplicate form name -- in the example below, the form previously mapped as "frmLoginSQL" is added as "wndTfrmLoginSQL".  He is running the same .exe with the same version of TestComplete (currently 15.63.22.7), with a similar Windows environment. 

Is there a setting we can change in TestComplete, or something in his OS we can check?
