I am currently unable to map objects on a web application but can map objects on a desktop app, I haven't changed any settings or upgraded my test complete version(15.74.33.7). Anyone have any ideas what I need to do.
Similar issue I had also faced and informed to SmarBear so i guess it is due to TC version. So I would suggest you to update TC to latest version then try.
Champion Level 3Verify that you have the SmartBear Test Extension installed on your browser,
and that the Install Extensions for Web is enabled.
Also check that you still have Web Module license.

Champion Level 3Agree with rraghvani, I have seen this go disabled either by mistake or some unknown reason (rare). The licensing angle as well. This fits with what you are seeing.
