    Similar issue I had also faced and informed to SmarBear so i guess it is due to TC version. So I would suggest you to update TC to latest version then try.

Verify that you have the SmartBear Test Extension installed on your browser,  

and that the Install Extensions for Web is enabled.

Also check that you still have Web Module license.
