Logs, please?  Also, are there actual TestComplete logs?  Running TestComplete like so, if there are warnings or errors in the log, will return a non-zero response so this simply could mean that your test failed with an error.

also attach some screenshots of the configurations of your agent's build steps.

most likely, you didnt specify the path of the project suite file right.
