Unable to identify dropdown control

I am working with smart bear 14.90.432.7 and for windows application. I am facing problem to identify the dropdown controls.

In the Test case for dropdown control (having tree list or other controls like radio button) we are facing issues like we are able to recognize the object in application but not able to identify while running through the command line. We have tried to solve this problem by putting delay or wait for load to child control but not working properly.
