Unable to download Trial version

I am getting following error, while submitting details to download  Test Complete trial version.

We are trying to implement Test complete in our company. Before this we want to check flexibility of this tool to support our application. As we have used Dev X controls in our application we want to opt for test complete. We are new to this Tool. Unless we learn this through trial version how we can implement this ? And it is getting error while downloading. Not supportive at all !
