Unable to dock/float the 'Infragistics.Windows.DockManager.ContentPane' control

Hi,

 

I am having a problem statement to Float and Dock the Infragistics ContentPane control. Through object spy I get to found the methods UnDock and Dock methods to float and dock the control appropriately. But on using these methods, am ending with the error as below.

 

Possible reasons:
1. The application stopped responding.
2. The application was compiled incorrectly (see the Open Applications topic in the help system).
3. An error occurred in TestComplete/TestExecute.

Technical information:
97 0x80020006 (Unknown name.) Pane.

 

Can someone explain me where I am wrong on using these methods? Or How to Dock/Float the Infragistics ContentPane control?

    Hi Karthik,

     

    It looks like the problem is that while calling the Undock/Dock methods, the Pane property of the object wasn't found. Have you customized the control in your application? If so, I suggest that you contact the developers of your app and ask them about the changes they made and whether they may cause the error you encountered.

     

    If you haven't customized the control in any way, feel free to create a case and describe the issue in detail to the support team so they can start investigating it.
