Marsha_R : I have already went through the video and created pipeline by following the steps from the video.

 

How Do I check and see the permission in Azure Devops?

    I was thinking more of a machine to machine connection.  Can you ping between those machines or send an email or use some other connection to prove that those two machines can see each other over your network?
