unable to connect to smartbear license.
actually mistakenly i was clicked on "switch to key- based licensing" option in testcomplete after that i was unable to opened testcomplete . so i was refere some content which is given in smartbear help .according to that i made some changes in internet explore setting (setting-internet options- advance - clicked on use TSL1.0 option) then i am able to open testcomplete with "smartbear id base license " option but in profile it is gives error like unable to connect to smartbear license server.
