Click the link at the bottom of the error message that says Help me resolve this issue. That gives troubleshooting and next steps if it doesn't work.
Hello,
One of my colleague is trying to activate the TestComplete (v15.44) license on his laptop. However, he is consistently getting error "Connection to the SmartBear Software license servers failed. Forbidden". Attached is the error snap-shot for the same.
Can you please help with this?
