Unable to access tables within window

Question

Hi, &nbsp; I am able to access all controls of my application using TestComplete except&nbsp;table objects.  When I attempt to record actions within these table objects, testcomplete displays a dialog "Missing Debug Info".  Is there any way to work around this? This is a commercial application which we do not have the source for, so recompiling it is not an option. &nbsp; Thanks, - James   &nbsp;

Hi James, &nbsp; If you compile the app with the debug information, you should get access to the table's objects. Details... &nbsp;

As stated above, this is a commercial application for which I do not have the source and cannot recompile.Are there any other workarounds?Thanks- James

Hi James, &nbsp; In this case, only a black-box testing is available for you. To recognize more objects, you can try using the approaches listed in the "Improving Object Recognition" article. &nbsp;
