Unable to access Chrome's control after configure.

Dear all,   I have configured Chrome and TC as suggested. But I could not access Chrome's control via the Object spy. I got the error message "Message - TestComplete Chrome Extension is not Instal...

Are there any extensions other than TC running on that machine?

Yes, but I have disable all the extensions.

        I'm not opening a docx file for security reasons. The only thing I can suggest is the only extension which is enabled is TC 11 and make sure you have the latest Chrome plug-in.
