Unable to access Chrome's control after configure.

Dear all,   I have configured Chrome and TC as suggested. But I could not access Chrome's control via the Object spy. I got the error message "Message - TestComplete Chrome Extension is not Instal...

All,

 

I have configured the same in another computer and it works well. I really don't know why.

 

I have tried to modify the existing TestComplete installation.

I have tried to disable then enable it again.

I have tried to remove and then add the tcCRExtension.crx again

I have tried uninstall the chrome then install it again and modify the testcomplete installation

I have tried to restart the computer.

 

But those things didn't help at all. 

 

Please advice what should I do.

    Are there any extensions other than TC running on that machine?

      Yes, but I have disable all the extensions.
