Tool Tips/Auto Complete suggestion is not working

Hi,

I'm trying to code some script on test complete but the tool tip/auto correct suggestions are not working (Please see attached video). From the video I'm pressing the up/down keys on my keyboard then pressing enter then the suggested word will appear. The issue happened to me since yesterday.

 

Edit: Also on the video you will see that there is a big grey box that supposed to be the tool tip/auto correct suggestion. I'm using Test Complete Version: 14.10.1042.7 x64
