There was an attempt to perform an action on a zero-sized window

Hi All, 

Please help me to resolve error "There was an attempt to perform an action on a zero-sized window." This happened, if I am trying to select data from dropdown menu, same error for Chrome and Edge. Using keyword test.

    If you do an internet search for "testcomplete zero-sized window", there will be plenty of results with possible solutions to resolve the issue. Also explanation as to the reason for receiving that message.
