The StartMenuExperienceHost.exe process crashed.

Dear Community, I keep getting this error when I run my tests - "The StartMenuExperienceHost.exe process crashed.".  Another team member gets "The ADPClientService.exe process crashed." Has anyone ...

Am not accessing StartMenuExperienceHost.exe in my Test. So it's strange that TestComplete is reporting a crash related to it in the log.
