Microsoft Modern Authentication.

I need to login in portal and it is asking for email id then for OTP sent on mobile phone. (I guess this is not possible but need your suggestions on this).
Is there any way we can bypass it without turning off the MFA? as we cannot turn it off in our organization.

Many organisations create special test environments where MFA is disabled, relaxed, or replaced with test authentication mechanisms to make automated testing practical.

There is no standard capability in TestComplete that legitimately "skips" MFA on a properly configured system. The purpose of MFA is to require possession of the phone (or phone number) in addition to the password.

    Hi !

If you can change the MFA to send the OTP via mail, TC can read the code from the mail app (outlook for example) and use it.

The problem is we have multiple roles in application and I only able to read email from own configured outlook app, so not work even though I change the MFA type.

        Outlook can access multiple accounts.
Or you could configure each role to use the same account.
