You need Microsoft Visual Studio Team Foundation Server 2010 MSSCCI Provider that can be downloaded from here: http://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/bce06506-be38-47a1-9f29-d3937d3d88d6 (https://www.google.com/?q=tfs+10+msscci+provider+microsoft+download)
