Champion Level 3Is using the tilde character correct? It might not be supported on that particular version of the plugin.
AS per test complete documentation which I am referring is using ~ is correct to filter the groups.Run TestComplete Tests as Part of a Pipeline | TestComplete Documentation
Until yesterday the same filter expression was working as expected.

Got it. ~ (tilde) represents a "contains" operator, meaning the filter selects all test cases where the Group field contains "Menu5_US".
Check if anyone else is having the same issue at https://github.com/microsoft/azure-pipelines-agent/issues . Otherwise you might have to create a bug report with https://github.com/microsoft/azure-pipelines-agent
