TestComplete

Hi,



When I tried to open preivious project and when I tried to Edit those, In testcomplete Itself then many times it gives error that "Interface Not support " Then once that error comes I am not able to do anything not able to even close the window. I have to KILL the process and re-open that, sometimes same error also comes again even If we reopen the project.



Please let me know why it is happening and what is the solution for the same.

    I think it may be the version issue. In which version the scripts were developed and in which version, you are trying to edit?



    If both the versions are same, kindly connect with SmartBear Support with the memory dump so they will help you

    What TestComplete version are you using? I've heard something about this error in one of obsolete versions. The latest product version is v. 9.31. Make sure that this one is installed on your computer.
