TestComplete Update Failed - code 589877

Hi,

From TestComplete v15.0.379 I am prompted to upgrade to v15.20.341.7. I select "Yes, I want to download and install this update now", but during the upgrade a failure is triggered stating "Fatal error, Uninstalling license manager: Failed to execute with code 589877".

I thought it would be my Cylance or part of our security stack, but my SecOps admin doesn't see anything being block.

Any ideas are welcomed!
