testcomplete trial will not activate license

Hi   I tried to install a Trial license for TestComplete but it fails when activating the license as it says I already have a license installed.  How do I get round this, is it because I have a tri...

Hi

 

I am trying to trial the TestComplete but when I install it will not activate the license, this is probable because I installed the TestExcute Trial first.
